We start our trip this Wednesday, July 23rd. Our planned route takes us mainly along I-90 through 14 states. Over the next two weeks we will visit Glacier national park, Lewis and Clark pass, Yellowstone national park, Devil's Tower, Black Hills, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, Badlands national park, Wisconsin Dells water parks and my grandmother's house.

This is fantastic!! Tell Heath that even though you are blogging this he still does, in fact, have to write his daily e-mail. Love you guys! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a good route. I'll be reading.
ReplyDeleteThanks. Have a safe and enjoyable trip!
ReplyDeleteLove, mom and dad
Looks fun! When will you be in WI?
ReplyDeleteDear Cross-country travelers,
ReplyDeleteWe hope you are all well and enjoying your adventure. We miss each of you and are anxiously awaiting your arrival in NYC. We'll write every day and keep you posted on family news, dad and I went to Brett's to drop off the Thule and met BEAR!!! What a dog! He really is a very gentle giant. But I would not ask for Opal's opinion on that.
Love,
Mom.....Grandma
Godspeed!! And look out, America!! I can't help but picture you in Brett's old Jeep. Xoxo ¡Sashita!
ReplyDeleteThis blog seems to have kind of died off. I mean, it was interesting in the beginning but.....I don't know....character development? I find the lead character to be very hard to relate to and the older kid seems really annoying, like AJ Soprano.
ReplyDeleteMet Kyle and son while I was executing alternate side of street maneuver. We're sad that we won't see much of him this summer.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with ETD of 0800 hours. Just keep singing "We're all going on a family holiday." It will make the trip so much more enjoyable. And have the kids drink lots and lots of liquid during the drive!
Love,
Dad
